Six-Figure Income from Blogging?!
I still don’t believe it, but the folks at Modern Life have posted a flowchart for how to make big bucks by blogging. Basically the steps are as follows:
- Start a blog
- Put Google AdSense on it.
- Write articles
- Write better articles
- Do crufty SEO, Digg submissions, etc.
- Profit!
Personally, I don’t thing AdSense is the way to make fantastic cash, since the payouts are small on a per-click basis. There are better ways to make money with your blog, and I plan to talk about them in the future. Pieces of what I’ll be talking about include:
- Cost-Per-Action ads
- Paid posts
- Paid Reviews
- Selling products via your blog
- Leveraging your blog to sell other products that you produce.
